DO I NEED ENET OR K+DCAN CABLE?
If your vehicle belongs to the BMW F or G series, you will need an ENET cable.
Check if your laptop has an Ethernet port. If not, you will also need an adapter.
If your vehicle belongs to the BMW E series, you will need a K-DCAN cable.
Most cars produced before the year 2000 are equipped with a round connector located under the hood.
